Interhouse Gala

Yip, can you believe it, it's almost the end of another week. And it's Interhouse gala time.
I hope you all eat lots of vegetables for dinner so that you have lots of energy for the class relay tomorrow...I have a feeling we're going to win it!
Don't forget to pack lots of sunscreen, water, your towel, cap, goggles and remember what else we mentioned! Come to school in your shorts, house shirts and school slops with your cossies on underneath. No need to bring your satchels.

On Tuesday, you will give us your History lesson on the San, so if you're planning anything special for your lesson, try and have it ready by Monday so that we can practice once before presenting on Tuesday. I'm looking forward to those and I'm sure Mr M will be impressed too.
I hope that all of you that were absent today are feeling better and will be with us at the gala tomorrow. If not, hopefully by Monday for our last week of term.
After our Maths lesson today, it seems like a lot of you have become Maths 24 fans. I know Rebecca loved it! So you can practice it at home too...
Click on this link and see how quickly you can solve each one - watch the timer in the corner. And there are brackets too, so you can practice using those to make your number sentences correct.
(Note: you can use the round brackets as square brackets if you need to, it will still work).
Have fun!

These ones are not Maths 24, they're just for some Maths fun...

See you all tomorrow morning at school, except for Asheigh. Good luck for the tennis Ash, we hope to watch you play in the finals.

PS. Check out the Author page to read some of your limericks...they are so great!
